Study on Improving the Efficiency of Bolt-coated Assembly Glue Based on TRIZ Theory.

Abstract

In the manufacturing process of high-speed EMU, railway vehicles and urban rail vehicles, a large number of bolts are used with assembly glue in order to prevent the failure of bolts. This article has explained systematically how to obtain the methods to improve the efficiency of bolt-coated assembly glue via TRIZ theory, and a series of evaluations and improvements have been made. Finally, the efficiency of bolt-coated is greatly improved, and the result of error-proofing is pretty good.
